If you do not see the chat room above then you either do not have a JVM installed
(go to Java.com to download/install) or that you have not enabled your
JVM (Internet Options/Advanced in your web browser).
Please Just chat about webmaster stuff. If you feel the need to chat about other stuff go to the main chat room or if you are a gamer go to the games chatroom.
